Academy Gold Coast

Following the spirit and philosophy of the world prestige brand Juventus Football Club, as part of the Juve family, Juventus Academy Gold Coast has been dedicated to offering elite soccer training programs to children and teenagers up to 17 years old from South-East Queensland and our neighbouring towns.

Found in 2019, Juventus Academy Gold Coast is the very first Juventus Academy landed in the sunshine state. Currently the academy provides regular soccer training on a weekly basis, on premises of Somerset College, a local school with state of the art facilities and grounds, located in Mudgeeraba, Queensland. We also organise training camps, skill clinics, trials, and classes for youth, under the guidance and technic support from the Juventus headquarter.

We would like to invite young players to join our proud Black&White passion. Tracing the steps of the Juventus legends and phenomimes, we love to see new soccer talent to rise, to embrace, to shine!

Juventus Academy Soccer Camp

With the support from Juventus Academy coaches in Australia and abroad, this is the perfect opportunity to assist young soccer players to improve their soccer skills, to experience various training drills under the Juventus philosophy covering individual skills, coordination, tactic aspects, and in-game technics.

Outstanding participants may be invited to represent Juventus Academy Australia teams in the Juventus World Cup in Italy every June, as well as to other matches and tournament under the Juventus global network.

Juventus Academy Elite Program

The Juventus Academy Elite Program further supports talented young players to sharpen their soccer skills, under the coordination of our UEFA A licensed head coach at the academy. Small group lessons and one-on-one sessions organised by our qualified coaches are going to build technical strength to each individual players, to lead them to a better understanding of the game through well designed practical scenario, to boost their confidence by helping them achieving the very highest performance outcome depending on each individual’s physicality and natural gift.

Our approach

What do we mean by the “Juventus Way”? Following on from our philosophy, we aim to develop footballers through a vision which combines technical aspects with mental, emotional and interpersonal ones. Our methodology can be summarised in five points:

STYLE OF PLAY

Dictate proceedings, keep possession of the ball and stay calm. Focus on individual initiative and collective hard work.

TECHNICAL ABILITY

Honed through dynamic drills that aim to perfect every technical skill. The development of each individual player is placed at the heart of every exercise.

TACTICAL ABILITY

Run through several detailed individual and team match situations, to be alternated throughout the week.

MENTAL FACTOR

Train the individual to make effective decisions in match situations. Develop their speed of thought to adapt with changeable tactical and technical scenarios.

EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL FACTOR

Promote an identity fostering the values of sacrifice, bravery and teamwork, to be applied both on and off the pitch.
