The organizer of Juventus Camp Polska 2025 training camps in the form of a limited liability company is 365sport.pl sp z o.o. entered into the register of tourism organizers under number 2772 registered at 05-825 Grodzisk Mazowiecki, ul. 11 Listopada 13/15 m 16 using the NIP number 529-1852821, REGON 527857451, KRS 0001089363
365sport.pl as a legally operating entity in the Republic of Poland enables all interested players born in the years 2010 to 2017 to participate in a paid sports camp based on a license granted by Juventus F.C. based in Turin.
Payments for all training camps are made online based on the payment link received. Refunds are possible based on individual requests of Clients in accordance with the regulations of a given camp, which each participant signs in paper or electronic form before starting training in a given program, excluding the reservation fee of PLN 500.
CONSENT TO DATA PROCESSING
In order to register a child for training camps, consent must be given to the storage and processing of the provided personal data. We express our consent by signing the child's participation form in the Juventus Camp Polska camp. Completing the participation form for the purpose of registration is also considered as expressing the above consent.
In connection with the Personal Data Protection Act, I acknowledge that:
- the administrator of my and my child's data is the Football School, ul. Przytyk 5 m 57 Warsaw, NIP 118-204-00-16. I am informed that the data will not be shared outside, except for the necessary provision of data during games to referees and bodies running games and tournaments. The data will be stored for 5 years from their submission or termination of the contract, and then deleted.
- providing personal data is voluntary, but is a necessary condition for participation in Juventus Camp Polska stationary camps. We inform you that each Client has the right to access the content of the data and to rectify, delete, limit processing, as well as the right to object, demand the cessation of processing and transfer of data, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
