Terms and Conditions for Colombo Kickerz Football Academy
- General Information
Colombo Kickerz Football Academy("the Academy") is a football training academy operating in partnership with Juventus. These terms and conditions govern participation in the Academy’s programs, trials, events, and any associated services provided. By registering and participating in the Academy's activities, participants and/or their legal guardians accept and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. - Registration and Enrollment
Participants must complete the registration process through designated registration forms. All personal information provided must be accurate and up-to-date. Acceptance into any program is subject to availability and confirmation by the Academy. - Fees and Payments
All fees related to the training camp, must be paid in full prior to the start of the program. Payment methods and schedules will be outlined during the registration process. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of enrollment. The Academy reserves the right to revise program fees; however, changes will not affect those who have already paid for an ongoing program. - Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds for canceled participation will only be considered if requested in writing at least 7 days before the program start date. No refunds will be provided for missed sessions, unless the Academy cancels or reschedules the session. The Academy reserves the right to cancel any program or session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative session or a full refund. - Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior at all times, both on and off the field. Discrimination, bullying, violence, or inappropriate conduct of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without a refund. - Health and Safety
Participants must be in good health and fitness to participate in Academy activities. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed during registration. The Academy will provide a safe environment for all participants. However, parents/guardians acknowledge that participation in football and physical activities carries a risk of injury, and agree that Colombo Kickerz FA, its staff, coaches, and affiliates are not liable for any injury sustained during participation unless caused by gross negligence. - Insurance
Colombo Kickerz FA’s employees may be covered by insurance, However, participants are encouraged to hold personal insurance for additional coverage. - Liability
Colombo Kickerz Football Academy is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of personal property while attending Academy activities. The Academy will not be responsible for participants’ transportation to and from venues. - Media and Photography
By registering for the Academy, participants and their guardians give consent for photographs, videos, or other media taken during training sessions or events to be used for promotional purposes by Colombo Kickerz FA. If you do not consent to the use of images, you must inform the Academy in writing prior to the program start date. - Data Protection
The Academy is committed to protecting the personal data of all participants and will handle such data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.
The data collected during registration will be used for communication, program management, and marketing purposes related to Colombo Kickerz FA and its partners. - Changes to Terms and Conditions
Colombo Kickerz FA reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Academy will constitute acceptance of the updated terms. - Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from participation in the Academy’s programs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
