1. About

1.1 Juventus Academy Devon is the company name operating under JJ Devon Limited (‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’). Service states any of our football programmes offered to participants (Weekly sessions, holiday camps, 1 to 1 sessions, birthday parties, JPL teams)

2. Your Status

2.1 By completing registration, you warrant that: (a) You are legally capable of entering into contract agreements, or (b) You are at least 18 years old, or (c) A parent or guardian has entered into the Contract on your behalf.

3. Registration

3.1 When you register to a service through our site and/or social media, the contract between JJ Devon Limited and you (the “Contract”) will be formed. 3.2 Please note that our services are subject to availability. 3.3 You will be added to the relevant group on our used communications app Spond once the registration has been completed and accepted by JJ Devon Limited. 3.4 The Contract will relate only to the relevant service we are providing.

4. Price and Payment

4.1 The price of the service will be quoted on the Site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. 4.2 These prices exclude VAT. VAT will be added to the total amount due if applicable. 4.3 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect bookings for which you have already paid. 4.4 It is always possible that, despite best efforts, some of the services listed on the registration system may be incorrectly priced. Where the service's correct price is less than the stated price on the registration form you will be charged the lower amount. If the service price is higher than the price stated on the registration form, our JJ Devon Limited reserves the right to reject your order and notify you of such rejection. 4.5 Payment for the service must be made each month for participants to take part in the service. JJ Devon Limited reserves the right to refuse a participant from attending a service if the payment has not been received. 4.6 In some cases, cash payment will be accepted. 4.7 For JJ Devon Limited services, a monthly subscription may be applicable and you must contractually approve a direct debit request on an arranged date. 5. The Service

5.1 JJ Devon Limited treat as a priority the safety and wellbeing of all children attending Juventus Academy Devon. JJ Devon Limited reserves the right to remove from the service any person who is found to be engaged in the offensive activity, the bullying of others, disruptive behaviour or for any other reason where JJ Devon Limited considers a person’s behaviour is detrimental to the interests or safety of the persons attending a course. In the event of your removal from a service for any of these reasons no refund of any fees paid by you shall be made.

6. Cancellation and Refunds Policy

6.1 JJ Devon Limited reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service at any time by sending you a notice to that effect. In circumstances where such cancellation or rescheduling takes place less than 48 hours before the scheduled date then our operator will contact you by Spond and/or telephone/email/text message. In the event that you are sent details of a rescheduled service, you may choose to attend the rescheduled date. If you do not wish to attend the service on the rescheduled date offered, you shall not be entitled to receive a full refund. 6.2 You have the right to cancel a service at any time by sending a notice to info@juventusdevon.co.uk. In the event that you cancel a service, a refund of the fees paid by you shall be calculated as follows: (a) No refund - where notice of cancellation is received by us during the provided service payment monthly schedule. (b) 100% refund - if payment has been received by JJ Devon Limited and notice of cancellation has been received in advance (more than 24 hours prior) and the participant has not attended any part of the service. 6.3 In all cases refunds of money received from you will usually be made by the same method originally used by you. 6.4 In any unforeseen circumstances such as; facility closure, poor weather and any coronavirus closures, JJ Devon Limited will communicate all options to you to provide the service.

7. Shop Refund Policy

7.1 Juventus Academy official kit is mandatory at all Juventus Academy programmes and events. 7.2 Juventus Academy official kit SHOULD NOT be worn away from Juventus Academy programmes and events. 7.3 Once purchased, Juventus Academy Devon does not accept any responsibility for your kit. Any damage or lost items must be purchased at full Juventus Academy price. 7.4 You have the legal right to cancel the contract (subject to certain exceptions) without reason, within 14 days after you receive the goods. 7.5 You can cancel by emailing us on sales@juventusdevon.co.uk 7.6 You must return the Goods to us within 14 days of notifying us your wish to cancel. This can be handed to a service provider (Coach) at the next attended service or posted to:

7.7 Within 14 days of receiving the Goods we will refund the full price to your used account to purchase. 7.8 If things go wrong (Faulty goods):

  • If you receive Goods that we agree has a manufacturing defect, these Goods will be exchanged or refunded in full.
  • All Goods returned to us MUST be in an unused, reasonable condition. Refunds will be declined if we detect the kit has been worn and damaged by consumer.
  • Exchanges may take longer if desired kit is not in stock and must be ordered from our kit supplier in Italy.

8. Liability

8.1 We do not accept any liability for any personal injury nor damages and/or loss of personal items. 8.2 You shall be liable for the cost of any damage to JJ Devon Limited property or facilities caused by you or by persons under your control.

9. Notices

Other than notices of cancellation sent under clause 6, all notices given by you must be given to JJ Devon Limited at info@juventusdevon.co.uk.

10. Transfer of Rights and Obligations

You may not transfer or assign registration of a service, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without the prior written consent of our JJ Devon Limited.

11. Events outside our control

11.1 JJ Devon Limited will be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside JJ Devon Limited reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). 11.2 A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following: (a) Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action. (b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war. (c) Fire, explosion, storm, thunder and lightning, snow, weather warnings, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or another natural disaster. (d) Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport. (e) Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks. (f) The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government. 11.3 Performance under any service is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and JJ Devon Limited will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We or our JJ Devon Limited will use reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which the obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

12. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions referred to, represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any service and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.

13. Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts for the purchase of a service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law.
