It celebrates the magical nature of childhood, whilst developing their football skills and educational training in order to prepare them for the transition into adulthood.

Within a safe and secure environment, players build upon the creative and recreational aspects of football via a range of activities which are all meticulously designed to promote all-round self-development. One of the reasons why J-Academy is so important is that young people unquestionably represent the future and by amalgamating a young player's football progression with their overall development as a human being, this begins to explain why The Juventus Way has become world-renowned.

Juventus are passionate about helping all children reach their potential and see football as an incredibly poignant way of conveying educational values in a manner which will last a lifetime.

Central to Juve's focus is to promote the importance of teamwork, hard work and good manners. A courteous, well-behaved and responsible child will progress into the workforce with the appropriate character and values that will benefit both themselves and society in general.

Absolutely pivotal in this is the role of respect - both for ourselves and for others. Juventus are absolutely clear that they want to develop people first and footballers second.

Irrespective of ability, J-Academy is open to all young people aged between 5 - 17 who want to experience pulling on the hallowed black and white Bianconeri shirt.
