Juventus Academy RAK, along with Juventus Academy Dubai, Juventus Academy Abu Dhabi & Juventus Academy Sharjah, were awarded as Best Football Academy and Best Sports Development Project in Football at the UAE Teen & Fitness Awards and as Best Football Academy in the Middle East by SPIA Middle East Awards in 2019.

Since 2015, the UAE Academy aims at helping young footballers take their first steps into the football world by educating them with the Juventus method, known as one of the best in the world and followed in over 100 projects.

Composed exclusively of high level professionals providing the best experience on and off the field, Juventus Academy has a team of qualified and experienced coaches, specifically selected for their enthusiasm and qualifications. Our team is trained and approved by Juventus, which will send the Area Manager to Ras Al Khaimah for 30 days to coordinate the training activities along with our Head coaches.

COVID-19 precautions: We have been strictly following the local authority’s restrictions, guidelines, protocols and precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our staff, players and families.

ACADEMY ACTIVITIES

During the years, the Academy launched a series of technical news such as Juventus goalkeeper programs, psychologist visits, internal leagues (JLega), leagues and tournaments, elite teams, MENA J League and JUAE Cup (short UAE weekend) and we constantly monitor our players performances until the final term's evaluation.

We also receive regular visits from the Juventus Area Managers, who overlooks the activities along with our Technical Directors in the UAE.

SPECIAL ACTIVITIES

Every year, we give our players the opportunity to meet Juventus Legends such as David Trezeguet and Edgar Davids and to meet their football idols (such as Ronaldo, Pjanic, Matuidi) at Globe Soccer Awards. We also provided tickets for Juventus Matches in the Area (Doha, Jeddah, Riyad).

Our teams will also fly again to Italy for the Juventus Training Experience , a five days full immersion into the Juventus world (Training, Match at the Stadium, Juventus Museum & Italy Tours) & Juventus Academy World Cup.

Rester en possession du ballon ; Capacité à garder son calme. Accent sur l’initiative personnelle et le dévouement au travail collectif.

CAPACITE TECHNIQUE

Les capacités individuelles et de groupe sont enseignés dans des exercices qui mettent l’accent sur les principes de jeu pendant la semaine.

CAPACITE TACTIQUE

L’enseignement est basée sur des situations individuelle et collectives, des jeux de position, la possession de balle et des jeux à thème.

FACTEUR MENTAL

Former l’individu à prendre des décisions efficaces dans les situations de match. En d'autres termes, l'élaboration du processus de prise de décision est cruciale pour la meilleure adaptation possible aux situations de jeu. Développer leur vitesse de pensée pour s’adapter à des scénarios tactiques et techniques changeables.

FACTEUR EMOTIONNEL ET SOCIAL

Promouvoir une identité qui favorise les valeurs du sacrifice, du courage et du travail d'équipe. Ces valeurs seront appliquer sur et en dehors du terrain de jeu.
