Juventus Academy Dubai & Sharjah have been awarded as Best Sports Academy in the Middle East during the SPIA Awards last May.

Since 2015, the UAE Academy aims at helping young footballers of any abilities take their first steps into the football world and improve them by educating them with the Juventus method, known as one of the best in the world and followed in over 100 projects. Last year Juventus Academy improved over 1500 players, reached the top 3 positions in all the UAE main leagues and classified 3rd with Under 11 at the Juventus Academy World Cup in Italy, further confirming the quality of the work done by an extraordinary group on and off the pitch.

Composed exclusively of high-level professionals providing the best experience in and off the field, Juventus Academy has a team of qualified and experienced coaches, specifically selected for their enthusiasm and qualifications. Our qualified coaching team is trained and approved by Juventus, which will send the Area Manager to Dubai for 30 days to coordinate the training activities.

ACADEMY ACTIVITIES

Our certified coaching team constantly monitors the players’ performance in all the training & matches, providing our families with midterm and final evaluations and certificates. We launched the Juventus goalkeeper program, we run our own Football Academy Cup with teams from all over the UAE and we participate to the main leagues and tournaments in the UAE and internationally. We regularly receive visits from the Juventus Area Manager and psycologist.

SPECIAL ACTIVITIES

Every year we fly to Italy for the Juventus Training Experience, a seven days full immersion into the Juventus world (Training, Match at the Stadium, J-Hotel, Juventus Museum & Italy Tours) and to the Juventus Academy World Cup, a competitive tournament we participate with +70 Juventus Academies from five continents. We hosted Juventus Legends (Giorgio Chiellini, David Trezeguet, Edgar Davids, Sebastian Giovinco & Andrea Barzagli) and organized the first Juventus Coaching Course in collaboration with Dubai Sports Council.

Our approach

Cosa intendiamo per "Juventus Way"? Seguendo la nostra filosofia, miriamo a sviluppare i calciatori attraverso una visione che unisce gli aspetti tecnici, mentali, emotivi e interpersonali. La nostra metodologia può essere riassunta in cinque punti:

STILE DI GIOCO

Dettare le procedure, mantenere il possesso della palla e mantenere la calma. Concentrarsi sull'iniziativa individuale e sul lavoro collettivo.

ABILITÀ TECNICA

Affinata attraverso esercizi dinamici che mirano a perfezionare ogni capacità tecnica. Lo sviluppo di ogni singolo giocatore è posto alla base di ogni esercizio.

CAPACITÀ TATTICHE

Provare diverse situazioni di gioco individuali e di squadra, da alternare durante la settimana.

FATTORI MENTALI

Formare il singolo giocatore a prendere decisioni efficaci in partita. Sviluppare la sua velocità di pensiero per adattarsi a scenari tattici e tecnici mutevoli.

FATTORE EMOTIVO E SOCIALE

Promuovere un'identità che favorisca i valori del sacrificio, del coraggio e del lavoro di squadra, da applicare sia in campo che fuori.
