JOIN JUVENTUS ACADEMY

Juventus goal is to educate local players with the Juventus training method, known as one of the best in the world and followed in over 80 countries.

The Year-Round Training have been established to share the values and methods synonymous with Juventus beyond the Italian border. Through this project, Juventus allow young boys and girls from all over the world to access professional training methods validated by the club’s experience of organising similar initiatives in Italy.

Juventus Academy aims to improve the youngsters' technical skills but also their personal qualities in line with the main guiding concept: “Develop people first and footballers second”. On the pitch, the youngsters are given a solid grounding in sport and football, working to a method that teaches them key values and enables them to develop both on and off the field of play. Juventus Academy project has more than 22,000 players involved in the different initiatives

ACADEMY

Juventus Academy Wales will provide an All Year Training Programme for ages 6 – 16 years old and designed to focus on player development, both on and off the field, in a fun learning environment.

GOALKEEPER TRAINING

Juventus Academy Goalkeeper Training is designed for the young keepers with the objective of improving individual skills and understanding of the game based in the Juventus Training Methodology.

WORLD CUP

The Juventus Academy Wales provides our players and parents the opportunity to travel to Italy for the Juventus Academy World Cup. Our teams represent Juventus Wales and will face all other academies world-wide.

Nossa abordagem

O que queremos dizer com "Juventus Way"? Seguindo nossa filosofia, nosso objetivo é desenvolver jogadores de futebol através de uma visão que combine aspectos técnicos com aspectos mentais, emocionais e interpessoais. Nossa metodologia pode ser resumida em cinco pontos:

Dite procedimentos, mantenha a posse da bola e mantenha a calma. Concentre-se na iniciativa individual e no trabalho coletivo.

HABILIDADE TÉCNICA

Afiado através de exercícios dinâmicos que visam aperfeiçoar todas as habilidades técnicas. O desenvolvimento de cada jogador é colocado no centro de cada exercício.

HABILIDADE TÁTICA

Percorra várias situações detalhadas de partidas individuais e em equipe, para alternar ao longo da semana.

FATOR MENTAL

Treine o indivíduo para tomar decisões eficazes em situações de jogo. Desenvolva sua velocidade de pensamento para se adaptar a cenários táticos e técnicos variáveis.
