The mission of Juventus Academy Boston is to provide the best and most authentic European soccer academy experience in New England.

Our goal is to provide the most advanced player development environment to be found anywhere in the US, featuring the highest quality coaching while adhering to the world famous training methodology and curriculum of Juventus FC.

Our objective is not to maximize profit but rather to produce players and teams that play beautiful, intelligent, creative and highly technical soccer.

We are committed to exposing our players to how soccer is played at a professional level in Europe and helping them to realize their soccer dreams to play collegiately and possibly professionally here in the US or in Europe.

OUR METHODOLOGY

What do we mean by the 'Juventus Way'? Following on from our philosophy, we aim to develop footballers through a vision which combines technical aspects with mental, emotional and interpersonal ones. Our methodology can be summarized in five points:

TECHNICAL ABILITY

Honed through dynamic drills that aim to perfect every technical skill. The development of each individual player is placed at the heart of every exercise.

TACTICAL ABILITY

Run through several detailed individual and team match situations, to be alternated throughout the week.

MENTAL FACTOR

Train the individual to make effective decisions in match situations. Develop their speed of thought to adapt with changeable tactical and technical scenarios.

EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL FACTOR

Promote an identity fostering the values of sacrifice, bravery and teamwork, to be applied both on and off the pitch.

USYS NATIONAL LEAGUE CONFERENCE FOR 2020-2021

will begin competing in the USYS National League's New England EDP Conference in Fall 2020. As a result, Juventus Academy Boston girls and boys teams will now have access to the USYS National Championship Series (US Youth Soccer Regional & National Championship events) as well as all new USYS National Showcase Series, thus providing a complete player pathway and significant national exposure for the club's highly talented players.  

US Youth Soccer National League Conferences 
The US Youth Soccer New England EDP Conference is one of13 US Youth Soccer National League Conferences throughout the US, each providing rigorous multi-state competition for the highest level of boys and girls teams throughout US Youth Soccer. Over the past 13 years, the USYS National League has fielded some of the top talent in the country and has provided opportunities for teams to earn their place in a top national competition -- a program that has helped thousands of soccer players find their pathway to college, pro and international success. 
 
US Youth Soccer National Championship Series 
US Youth Soccer's highly coveted National Championship Series was established in 1935 and is the oldest and most prestigious youth soccer national championship in the country, with over 185,000 players and over 10,000 teams competing to become the best of the best. Each year, well over 600 college coaches attend the US Youth Soccer Regional & National Championship events. 
 
US Youth Soccer National Showcase Series 
Beginning with the 2020-2021 season, USYS will implement the ALL NEW USYS National Showcase Series that is accessible to teams competing in any of the USYS National League Conferences. This will offer greater access to national programming within the National League structure while continuing to provide teams with an avenue to compete against the very best teams from across the country. The USYS National Showcase Series will be accessible to teams who have earned their right to compete in front of scouts from colleges, professional leagues, and U.S. Soccer. An emphasis on cross-conference scheduling will ensure that teams receive unique playing experiences while competing against similarly-matched foes from differing areas of the country.

BOYS AND GIRLS ELITE DEVELOMENTAL ACADEMY (U12-U18)

The top teams in the U12-U18 age groups are called EDS. Once teams reach U12, Juventus Academy Boston players from all regions combine to form the Juventus Academy Boston EDS team. Our EDS teams draw players from all over Massachusetts as well as Rhode Island. The EDS teams are designed for motivated players who have the desire and the ability to compete at the highest levels of youth soccer. 

Juventus Academy Boston EDS team will practice 3-4 times per week, all of our EDS teams will also use Player tracking vests during practices and matches. Our EDS Teams also video each and every match. 

Juventus Academy Boston EDS teams will participate in national level tournaments as well as the New England EDP & EDP USYS National League. The goal of each Juventus Academy Boston EDS team is to compete annually in the MYSA State Cup as well as Eastern Regional Championships. 

U15+ Juventus Academy Boston teams will travel along the East Coast to attend the countries most prestigious College Showcase tournaments in order to give our players the best advantage possible to make their collegiate dreams come true.

Programs we offer

Juventus Academy Boston believes player development should always be more important and put before any results in all youth ages. Juventus Academy Boston has two tiers of play. Our regional teams are based out of a central location within the specific region and our EDS (Elite Development Squad) teams are for the most talented, ambitious and committed players in the state. Our EDS players travel more for training and matches in order to place themselves in the most competitive and challenging environment in which to develop.
