Enrollment and Registration
By enrolling in Juventus Academy Indonesia, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth by the academy. You also acknowledge that you have provided accurate information during the registration process and that you are responsible for keeping your information up to date.
Participation
You agree to participate in all activities and training sessions as directed by the coaches and staff at Juventus Academy Indonesia. You understand that failure to participate may result in your dismissal from the academy without a refund.
Code of Conduct
You agree to abide by the code of conduct established by Juventus Academy Indonesia. This includes showing respect to coaches, staff, teammates, and opponents, refraining from any physical or verbal abuse, and following the rules of the game. Failure to adhere to the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the academy without a refund.
Liability and Waiver
You understand that participating in soccer carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You agree to assume all risks and release Juventus Academy Indonesia, its coaches, staff, and volunteers from any liability for any injury or damages that may occur during participation in academy activities.
Fees and Payment
You agree to pay all fees associated with participation in Juventus Academy Indonesia in a timely manner. Failure to pay fees may result in your dismissal from the academy without a refund.
Withdrawal and Refunds
You may withdraw from Juventus Academy Indonesia at any time. Refunds will be given according to the Juventus Indonesia Academy’s refund policy, which may vary based on the reason for withdrawal and the timing of the request.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Juventus Academy Indonesia reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes and asked to agree to the updated terms and conditions before continuing participation in the academy.
