Juventus Academy Sharjah, along with Juventus Academy Dubai, Juventus Academy Abu Dhabi & Juventus Academy Ras Al Khaima, were awarded as Best Football Academy and Best Sports Development Project in Football at the UAE Teen & Fitness Awards and as Best Football Academy in the Middle East by SPIA Middle East Awards in 2019.

Since 2015, the UAE Academy aim at helping young footballers take their first steps into the football world by educating them with the Juventus method, known as one of the best in the world and followed in over 100 projects.

Composed exclusively of high level professionals providing the best experience on and off the field, Juventus Academy Dubai has a team of qualified and experienced coaches, specifically selected for their enthusiasm and qualifications. Our team is trained and approved by Juventus, which will send the Area Manager to Sharjah for 30 days to coordinate the training activities along with our Technical Director and head coach.

Academy activities

During the years, the Academy launched a series of technical news such as Juventus goalkeeper programs, psychologist visits, internal leagues (JLega), leagues and tournaments, elite teams, MENA J League and JUAE Cup (short UAE weekend) and we constantly monitor our players performances until the final term's evaluation.

We also receive regular visits from the Juventus Area Managers, who overlooks the activities along with our Technical Directors and head coaches in the UAE.

Special activities

Every year, we give our players the opportunity to meet Juventus Legends such as David Trezeguet and Edgar Davids and to meet their football idols (such as Ronaldo, Dybala, de Ligt) at Globe Soccer Awards. We also provided tickets for Juventus Matches in the Area (Doha, Jeddah, Riyad).

Our teams will also fly again to Italy for the Juventus Training Experience , a five days full immersion into the Juventus world (Training, Match at the Stadium, Juventus Museum & Italy Tours) & Juventus Academy World Cup.

Our approach

What do we mean by the “Juventus Way”? Following on from our philosophy, we aim to develop footballers through a vision which combines technical aspects with mental, emotional and interpersonal ones. Our methodology can be summarised in five points:

STYLE OF PLAY

Dictate proceedings, keep possession of the ball and stay calm. Focus on individual initiative and collective hard work.

TECHNICAL ABILITY

Honed through dynamic drills that aim to perfect every technical skill. The development of each individual player is placed at the heart of every exercise.

TACTICAL ABILITY

Run through several detailed individual and team match situations, to be alternated throughout the week.

MENTAL FACTOR

Train the individual to make effective decisions in match situations. Develop their speed of thought to adapt with changeable tactical and technical scenarios.

EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL FACTOR

Promote an identity fostering the values of sacrifice, bravery and teamwork, to be applied both on and off the pitch.
