The guardians declares and ensures that the participant is healthy, physically fit and able to participate in sports activities. Accordingly, he accepts all the risks resulting from participating in Juventus Dubai training and matches in all locations.
All courses, activities, and hours of training can be changed prior to notice, including during Ramadan, school vacations or any situation that is outside the control of the academy.
The calendar during spring and winter breaks will be subjected to change. Any calendar changes will be communicated via mail, phone, social media and flyers.
The academy is not responsible for any injury that happens during or outside the academy training. In case of injury, the players are not entitled to any refund, nor to makeup sessions. In case of any personal injury, loss, damage or death. FFG Sports Management LLC and its locations are not legally pursuable.
The cost of any damage caused by the participant of Juventus academy Dubai will be passed onto the parents or caregiver.
Only the Juventus Academy Technical Team can assign the class and coaches for the kids and the parents cannot be involved in the decision process or ask to be assigned with a specific group. No parents or guardians are allowed to be on the field or talk to the coaches during the training sessions.
Upon registration with Juventus Academy you agree, without compensation, to grant FFG Sports Management LLC the rights to use the participant’s name, details, photographs, video or likeness for our commercial, marketing and media purposes such as our website, newspaper adds, sponsors and social media
All participants should be required to submit their passport copy or Emirates ID copy, in addition to (2) passport sized photos.
If any of the academy’s players is selected to test in any club during the season, FFG Spots Management LLC will have the rights to officially represent him/her as his/her agent.
If you are not the participant’s parents or guardian, you confirm that you have made such parent or guardian fully aware of those terms and conditions and that they have agreed to them.
Each registration is for the assigned kid in the form. The registration can’t be transferred to any other kid or to any family members.
FFG Sports Management LLC and its locations declines all the responsibility for any injury, theft or loss during the academy hours.
FFG Spots Management LLC will not permit the players to attend any academy activity without the priory assigned official Juventus Academy kit for that activity.
The fee paid for the season is solely for football training and does not include any matches, the selection of players for the matches are done by the coaches based on merit and the training days might change.
