Who we are
We are the officially licensed partner of the world-renowned football club JUVENTUS FOOTBALL CLUB S.P.A. (“Juventus”) to organize the year-round academy (“Academy”) for the territory of the Academy.
What kind of information we collect and for which purposes
For registration and communication with players (or parents/guardians) we collect the following data:
- Identity data of player and/or parents/guardians– name, surname, username, birthday and gender;
- Contact Information – address, e-mail and telephone/mobile number;
- Social Profiles – in case of communication through social media platforms such as: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or alike we identify your social profiles;
- Messages – messages or emails you sent to us via different communication sources including the emails, chats, messengers etc.:
- Other information, which you might provide to us during the communication via emails, messages, comments and communication via social networks and/or messengers such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger etc.
We use different methods to collect the information directly related to the activities of the Academy and which is required to provide you with updates on the selection, trainings, competition events and/or updates related to the activities of the Academy, special events or alike. Some information is collected automatically during your visit of the webpage or other means of communication such as social media platforms, emails, messengers or alike.
The main purpose of collecting personal data is to communicate with the plyers or their parents/guardians, potential users of our services and to be able to fulfill our legitimate interests and responsibilities. In addition, the personal data is used to keep you updates with our news and information on events, changes or amendments in programs, trainings etc. In case, you do not provide us with requested personal information on players or parent/guardians we will not be able to communicate with you or obtain information on your interest to participate in our programs.
