In the last 10 years, Juventus Academy Dubai & Sharjah has been awarded multiple times as Best Sports Academy and Best Sports Youth Organization in the Middle East at the SPIA Awards, as well as Best Football Academy at the UAE Sports Awards.

Since 2015, the Academy has helped young footballers take their first steps into the game and develop through the Juventus Method, one of the world's leading football development programs, adopted in over 100 projects worldwide. Last season alone, we trained more than 1,500 players across nine locations.

Our philosophy focuses on developing both the individual and the team, making us a reference point for players aged 4 to 17 who want to improve their football skills in a positive and professional environment.

While every player receives the same passion, dedication and methodology, our Elite and Selected teams have consistently ranked among the top three in the UAE's major competitions, winning titles in the DOFA League, YFL, GCC Cup and the Juventus Academy World Cup in Italy, confirming the quality of our work both on and off the pitch.

Composed exclusively of highly qualified professionals, our coaching staff is trained and certified by Juventus. Every season, the Juventus Area Manager spends up to 30 days in Dubai and Sharjah to oversee coaching activities and ensure the highest technical standards.

ACADEMY ACTIVITIES

Our technical team monitors every player's progress throughout training sessions and matches, providing mid-term and final evaluations. We offer the Juventus Goalkeeper Program and Saturday morning private sessions for players looking to further develop their skills. Our teams compete in top UAE and international tournaments, while regularly benefiting from visits by Juventus Area Managers and other Juventus specialists.

SPECIAL ACTIVITIES

Every year we travel to Italy for the Juventus Training Experience, a seven-day immersion into the Juventus world, and the Juventus Academy World Cup, featuring 70+ Academies from five continents. We have welcomed Chiellini, Trezeguet, Davids, Giovinco and Barzagli, organized the first Juventus Coaching Course with Dubai Sports Council, and offer pathways to scholarships at top universities in the USA.

NUESTRO METODO

Qué entendemos por “Juventus Way”? Siguiendo nuestra filosofía, nuestro objetivo es desarrollar futbolistas a través de una visión que combina los aspéctos técnicos con los mentales, emocionales e interpersonales. Nuestra metodología se resume en cinco puntos:

ESTILO DE JUEGO

Dictar procedimientos, tener la posesión de la pelota y mantener la calma. Focalizarse en las iniciativas individuales y en el trabajo duro colectivo.

HABILIDAD TECNICA

Perfeccionar y mejorar las habilidades técnicas a través de ejercicios dinámicos. El desarrollo individual de cada jugador es la prioridad de cada ejercicio.

HABILIDAD TACTICA

Repasar todas las situaciones individuales y de equipo durante un partido en detalle y de manera alterna durante la semana.

FACTOR MENTAL

Entrenar individualmente para tomar decisiones efectivas en situaciones de partido. Desarrollar la rapidez de pensamiento para aprender a adaptarse en escenarios técnicos y tácticos cambiantes.

FACTOR SOCIAL Y EMOCIONAL

Promover una identidad que fomente los valores del sacrificio, la bravura y el trabajo en equipo y que se pueda aplicar tanto dentro como fuera del campo.
