Juventus Academy Sharjah & Dubai have been awarded as 2^nd Best Sports Academy (1^st football program) in the Middle East in 2025 & 2023, 1^st Sports Youth Organization in 2019 & 2024 at SPIA Awards, 1^st Best football Academy at UAE Sports Awards in 2018 and 2019.

Since 2015, the UAE Academy aims at helping young footballers take their first steps into the football world and improve them by educating them with the Juventus method, known as one of the best in the world and followed in over 100 projects. Last year Juventus Academy improved over 1500 players in 8 different locations.

Our philosophy focuses on improving individual and team performance, making us a reference point for players 4 to 17 years old seeking to develop their football skills in a healthy environment. While we grow players of any ability with the same focus, passion, method and dedication, our teams representing the top talents from all our locations have consistently ranked in the top three across all UAE main leagues and won titles in the DOFA, YFL, GCC Cup, and the Juventus Academy World Cup in Italy (with 70 academies worldwide), proving the outstanding quality of our work on and off the pitch.

Composed exclusively of high-level professionals providing the best experience in and off the field, Juventus Academy has a team of qualified and experienced coaches, specifically selected for their enthusiasm and qualifications. Our qualified coaching team is trained and approved by Juventus, which will send the Area Manager to Dubai for 30 days to coordinate the training activities.

Academy activities

Our certified coaching team constantly monitors the players’ performance in all the training & matches, providing our families with midterm and final evaluations and certificates. We launched the Juventus goalkeeper program, we run our own Football Academy Cup with teams from all over the UAE and we participate to the main leagues and tournaments in the UAE and internationally. We regularly receive visits from the Juventus Area Manager and psycologist.

NUESTRO METODO

Qué entendemos por “Juventus Way”? Siguiendo nuestra filosofía, nuestro objetivo es desarrollar futbolistas a través de una visión que combina los aspéctos técnicos con los mentales, emocionales e interpersonales. Nuestra metodología se resume en cinco puntos:

ESTILO DE JUEGO

Dictar procedimientos, tener la posesión de la pelota y mantener la calma. Focalizarse en las iniciativas individuales y en el trabajo duro colectivo.

HABILIDAD TECNICA

Perfeccionar y mejorar las habilidades técnicas a través de ejercicios dinámicos. El desarrollo individual de cada jugador es la prioridad de cada ejercicio.

HABILIDAD TACTICA

Repasar todas las situaciones individuales y de equipo durante un partido en detalle y de manera alterna durante la semana.

FACTOR MENTAL

Entrenar individualmente para tomar decisiones efectivas en situaciones de partido. Desarrollar la rapidez de pensamiento para aprender a adaptarse en escenarios técnicos y tácticos cambiantes.

FACTOR SOCIAL Y EMOCIONAL

Promover una identidad que fomente los valores del sacrificio, la bravura y el trabajo en equipo y que se pueda aplicar tanto dentro como fuera del campo.
