Juventus Academy Sharjah & Dubai have been awarded as 2^nd Best Sports Academy (1^st football program) in the Middle East in 2025 & 2023, 1^st Sports Youth Organization in 2019 & 2024 at SPIA Awards, 1^st Best football Academy at UAE Sports Awards in 2018 and 2019.

Since 2015, the UAE Academy aims at helping young footballers take their first steps into the football world and improve them by educating them with the Juventus method, known as one of the best in the world and followed in over 100 projects. Last year Juventus Academy improved over 1500 players in 8 different locations.

Our philosophy focuses on improving individual and team performance, making us a reference point for players 4 to 17 years old seeking to develop their football skills in a healthy environment. While we grow players of any ability with the same focus, passion, method and dedication, our teams representing the top talents from all our locations have consistently ranked in the top three across all UAE main leagues and won titles in the DOFA, YFL, GCC Cup, and the Juventus Academy World Cup in Italy (with 70 academies worldwide), proving the outstanding quality of our work on and off the pitch.

Composed exclusively of high-level professionals providing the best experience in and off the field, Juventus Academy has a team of qualified and experienced coaches, specifically selected for their enthusiasm and qualifications. Our qualified coaching team is trained and approved by Juventus, which will send the Area Manager to Dubai for 30 days to coordinate the training activities.

Academy activities

Our certified coaching team constantly monitors the players’ performance in all the training & matches, providing our families with midterm and final evaluations and certificates. We launched the Juventus goalkeeper program, we run our own Football Academy Cup with teams from all over the UAE and we participate to the main leagues and tournaments in the UAE and internationally. We regularly receive visits from the Juventus Area Manager and psycologist.

Co oznacza “Juventus Way”? To podążanie za filozofią, dzięki której kształtujemy przyszłych piłkarzy, łącząc w codziennej pracy treningowej aspekty techniczne i taktyczne, z przygotowaniem motorycznym i mentalnym. Naszą metodologię pracy najlepiej można podsumować w pięciu punktach:

Prowadzimy grę i utrzymujemy się przy piłce. Jesteśmy pewni tego, co robimy. Skupiamy się na inicjatywie poszczególnych zawodników, kształtowaniu ich kreatywności i kolektywnej pracy w grze w ataku i w obronie.

STYL GRY

Dynamika, w każdym technicznym ćwiczeniu, to podstawa rozwoju umiejętności, których uczymy. To daje perfekcję, którą później można wykorzystać w trakcie gry.

TECHNIKA

Prowadzimy zawodników krok po kroku, przez różne sytuacje meczowe, zarówno indywidualne, jak i zespołowe, dla lepszego zrozumienia gry i taktyki.
